La Filipina will hold its first Power Up Run in 2020.

Giving hopes to Filipino Athletes, La Filipina Group of Companies, the maker of the only corned pork in the Philippines, will have its first-ever fun run entitled ”Power Up Run on February 23, 2020, at Fort Santiago in Intramuros, Manila.

Along with this fun run media launched, the company brings you the La Filipina Luncheon Meat is locally made canned meat with flavors like Longganisa Luncheon Meat, Luncheon Meat Tocino, Luncheon Meat BBQ and the Classic La Filipina Luncheon Meat. These products are protein-rich and infused with milk made from 100% pure pork and has no transfat. With La Filipina’s tagline, “Power up with La Filipina”, they encourage everyone to start the day right by eating protein-rich breakfast. These will give you a better performance in the regular activity you have for the day including any sport you are engaged in.

Currently, La Filipina is supporting team in various sports like volleyball, basketball, sepak takraw, dragon boat and dance. Aside to this, they will also support the GBM Squad, a group of young athletes that focuses on running, from public schools of Manila, Valenzuela, and Quezon City. The proceeds of this ”Power Up Run” project will help selected sports team to continue training for their chosen sport.

The La Filipina Power Up Run registration is open click here , for any of these categories with corresponding race fees are as follows, 1.5k for P500.00,3K for P 550.00, P650.00 for 5K and P760.00 for 10K.

Corporate are encouraged to join in as they give promo such as 10+1, and for students who will participate in this run will get discounts. All runners will get singlet, race bib finisher’s medal and La Filipina loot bag. Aside from the run, other fun activities are also available sports like Volley Ball and Basket Ball and some inflatables, etc.

La Filipina has been sponsoring a fun run, which gave them to come up with this “Power Up with La Filipina” Power Up Run. The fun run organizer will ensure the safety of its participants by having a uniformed marshall and appropriate signage. Water Stations will also be provided but they encourage the participants to bring their drinking bottles.
